In the event that there are less than 4 total teams that have signed up for any individual Online
Country Qualifiers, the following format will then apply: - 3 Teams: Round Robin Best Of 3
- 2 Teams: Single Elimination Best Of 5
- 1 Team: Automatic qualification for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Invitational country slot
1.3 The winning team of each country qualifier advances to the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Invitational. The winning team will be contacted in due course by the tournament officials and
will be provided with all the necessary information on the following stages.
1.4 Teams will not be able to change roster during the whole qualifying stage.
1.5 Team Formation. At least three (3) out of the five (5) players on the starting lineup of a team
are required to be Citizens of the countries where the Mobile Legends : Bang Bang Invitational
competitions are held. A team is allowed to have no more than two (2) non-Citizen players who
are temporarily living in the country during the whole tournament.
1.6 Citizenship. A player is considered a “Citizen” under these rules, if the player is (a) a lawful
permanent resident in the country with an identification card proving the same, or (b) a citizen
of the country as defined under the laws of that country.
1.7 Single Residency Status. For the purposes of these rules, a player may only be a Citizen of a
single country at any point in time.
1.8 Each team is allowed to register five (5) starters and one (1) substitute for the online country
qualifiers. Substitution is not allowed in Best Of 1. For Best Of 3 or Best of 5, substitution can be
made once.
1.9 Teams that qualify for the top placing in the country qualifiers are required to provide proof
to the admin upon request that they satisfy the requirements under Clause 1.5 herein. Failure to
satisfy the said requirements will result in disqualification and the slot will be awarded to the
team next in standing.
2.0 Players or Teams that have been invited or have qualified for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Invitational are not allowed to participate in any subsequent qualifiers.

- Tournament participation rules
2.1. Players will be invited to the online match lobby which will be created by teams at the
designated game starting time. Players have ten (10) minutes to join the lobby, or their team will
be disqualified. The game will start only if all the players have joined.
2.2 A disqualification for “No Show” will be given to teams which do not connect to the match
lobby within ten (10) minutes from when the lobby has been created.
2.3 If a team has one (1) or more away-from-keyboard players after the ten (10) minute join
period has ended, this team will be disqualified.
2.4 Teams failing to provide a full roster will not be allowed to compete.
2.5 ONE Esports Pte Ltd (“ONE Esports”) and Battlefy will not be responsible for any latency issues
during the game faced by players during the whole online country qualifiers.
2.6 If a team has any technical issues connecting to the game lobby or did not receive the invite,
it is their responsibility to contact a Battlefy admin through the official discord channel
https://discord.gg/RegT95m. If the issues are proven, the lobby will be re-hosted.
2.7 If a team has any technical issues loading the game once the lobby has started, it is their
responsibility to contact an admin through the official discord channel. If the issues are proven,
the lobby will be re-hosted.
2.8 If both teams agree to have the lobby rehosted, Admins may grant the teams’ request unless
such a request would cause serious conflicts with the whole tournament schedule.
2.9 Sides and picks are randomly decided and cannot be changed by the teams.
2.10 Any player that is already invited for the ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Invitational
cannot participate in the Country qualifiers stage.
2.11 In case of global technical problems with the Mobile Legends:Bang Bang client, the game
will be rehosted as soon as the issues are resolved. In that case, the teams will be obliged to use
the same picks as the previous game, unless both of the teams mutually agree to remake the
picks.
2.12 In the event a whole team disconnects from the match due to unforeseen circumstances,
including but not limited to internet issues, power outages, adverse weather conditions and the
like, the team that remains connected to the server needs to pause and inform the admin. In the
event a team disconnects due to server issues, it is their responsibility to contact an admin in the
official discord channel and inform them about the situation. If those issues can be proven, the
admins may decide to have the match replayed.
2.13 Qualifying players will be required to submit documentation upon the request of ONE
Esports officials to verify they, and their team, fulfil the requirements set forth in Clause 1.5
above. If they fail to provide adequate proof that they were playing in the correct country, they
will not be able to qualify for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Invitational and will be disqualified.
2.14 The following cases are considered a violation of rules, and any team found liable of such
violation can be disqualified at the discretion of the Battlefy Admins.
● Exceeding the pause time (10 minutes per team per map played).
● Rude or disrespectful behaviour from players, including but not limited to flaming, raging,
trolling, rage-quitting, bad-mouthing, during the match or in the pre-game lobby.
● Participation in any actions that can be characterised by the Battlefy Admins as unfair
play.
● Ignoring the requests of the Battlefy Admins.
2.15 All participants of a disputed or a conflict situation bear responsibility for the accuracy of
the information provided to the judiciary.
2.16 No offensive players or teams’ names will be tolerated. Battlefy Admins may require players
and teams to change their nicknames if found offensive.
2.17 In the event that the main event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, teams that
have successfully qualified will need to retain at least three (3) core members from the team in
order to retain the slot at the rescheduled event. If not, the slot goes to the team next in standing
which fulfilled the three (3) core member rule.
2.18 In the event that the top four (4) teams from each online qualifiers are unable to fulfill the
rule as per 2.17, ONE Esports reserves the right to select the team for the ONE Esports Mobile
Legends: Bang Bang Invitational at its own discretion.

- Unprofessional Behavior
3.1 Harassment. Harassment is forbidden. Harassment is defined as systematic, hostile and
repeated acts taking place over a considerable period of time, or a singular egregious instance,
which is/are intended to isolate or ostracize a person and/or affect the dignity of the person.
3.2 Sexual Harassment. Sexual harassment is forbidden. Sexual harassment is defined as
unwelcome sexual advances. The assessment is based on whether a reasonable person would
regard the conduct as undesirable or offensive. There is zero tolerance for any sexual
threats/coercion or the promise of advantages in exchange for sexual favors.
3.3 Discrimination and Denigration. Team members may not offend the dignity or integrity of a
country, private person or group of people through contemptuous, discriminatory or denigrating
words or actions on account of race, skin color, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, language,
religion, political opinion or any other opinion, financial status, birth or any other status, sexual
orientation or any other reason. - Players Appearance Release
By participating in a Tournament, player hereby irrevocably grants to ONE ESPORTS permission
to record, videotape and photograph the player (“Player Images”). All Player Images will be
owned by ONE ESPORTS. Player grants to ONE ESPORTS and each of its designees, the right to
use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, display, perform, transmit, broadcast, and otherwise exploit
Player Images, including any names (actual and player names), likenesses, voice, conversation
and any other attributes of the player’s personality and appearance, individually or with others,
in whole or in part, alone or in conjunction with other material, in any and all media now known
or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the world, for the purpose of trade, advertising,
promotion or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, without additional compensation,
consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
For the avoidance of doubt, players have no ownership interest in the live exhibition or recorded
footage of their gameplay, all of which is owned by ONE ESPORTS and may be exploited by ONE
ESPORTS in its discretion with no requirement to account to the player.
As between each Player on the one hand, and ONE ESPORTS, on the other hand, the Player
Images shall be deemed a work-made-for-hire for ONE ESPORTS prepared as a work specifically
ordered and/or commissioned by ONE ESPORTS, and therefore, ONE ESPORTS shall be the author
and exclusive copyright owner of the Player Images for all purposes throughout the Universe. If
under applicable law the foregoing is not effective to place authorship and ownership thereof
and all rights therein in ONE ESPORTS, then by way of assignment and transfer of present and
future copyright and otherwise, each Player hereby irrevocably grants, transfers, sells and assigns
to ONE ESPORTS, all of his or her right, title and interest in and to the Player Images throughout
the universe in perpetuity. Each Player agrees to execute such further documents and do such
further acts as may be necessary to evidence, effect, perfect, register, or enforce ONE ESPORTS’s
ownership of such rights.
ONE ESPORTS shall have the right to freely assign its rights hereunder, in whole or in part, to any
person or entity. ONE ESPORTS shall retain the rights granted in the Appearance even if the Player
is disqualified or fails to meet the eligibility requirements. - Bug and Glitches
5.1 Players are not allowed to use in-game exploits at their own advantage. Each team and player
are responsible to know which exploits may be available and affect the game.
5.2 If a player uses an in-game bug or exploit at their own or team’s advantage and they are found
guilty, they may be disqualified from the tournament.
5.3 If a game-breaking bug happens during the match, players are required to pause the game
and contact a Battlefy Admin through the official discord channel https://discord.gg/RegT95m.
5.4 If both teams are aware of a bug and do not pause the game nor report it to a Battlefy Admin,
the game result will stand. - Prizes
Prize amounts below are amounts planned as of the date of these Official Rules. Prize amounts
are subject to change prior to the applicable events. All amounts are in US Dollars.
1st Place – Slot to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Invitational
In the event that the ONE Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Invitational is canceled due to unforeseen
circumstances, the teams that have qualified for the main event via our qualifiers will be awarded a sum
of USD 2,000. ONE Esports decisions around prize awards shall be final and binding and players shall
have no right to dispute or appeal such decision. - General Prize Restrictions
Player’s whose placement at Tournaments has resulted in the award of any prizes shall be
required to provide their bank account details and all necessary information within five (5)
business days of player’s determination of eligibility to receive an award in order to receive
payment for Cash Prizes. If a player (or a minor player’s parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses
to sign and provide all information within five (5) business days of player’s determination of
eligibility to receive an award, the player may be disqualified. In the event a player is disqualified,
ONE ESPORTS reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the affected Cash Prize to the
player that last lost to the disqualified player. For Cash Prizes, ONE ESPORTS will deliver to the
player the applicable Cash Prize(s) within thirty (30) days of receiving an executed copy of the
Winner Forms. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned until after a player has complied with
all his/her obligations under these Official Rules. No cash or other substitutions may be made,
except by ONE ESPORTS (for Cash Prizes), who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or
in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for
any reason as determined by ONE ESPORTS(as the case may be) in its sole discretion.
By participating in a Tournament, players acknowledge that Tournament Entities have not and
will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prizes and that each player will be
responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, car, accident, property or other form of
insurance relating to the Prize(s) won by him/her.
Players will be responsible for all taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local and/or
income) on any Prize won and on the value of any items or value transferred to the player by
ONE ESPORTS or Tournament Organizer, as the case may be, and will be required to provide
his/her tax information and forms, or equivalent information for tax reporting purposes (as
determined in ONE ESPORTS’s sole discretion, at a time to be determined in ONE ESPORTS, and
which may be prior to participation in a particular Tournament. - Limitations of Liability; Releases
ONE ESPORTS OR TOURNAMENT ORGANIZER, AS THE CASE MAY BE, HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE,
WITH REGARD TO THE TOURNAMENT GAME SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT, OPERATION OF THE
TOURNAMENT, OR PRIZING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND
THEIR EQUIVALENTS, UNDER THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION.
As between the players and the Tournament Entities, the Tournament Entities shall not be
responsible for any of the following: - incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by users or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in a Tournament or by any technical or human
error which may occur in the processing of a playerʼs registration or gameplay; - any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access which may
result in alteration of gameplay or game results; - any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, servers or providers,
equipment, or software, including any injury or damage to player resulting from
participation in a Tournament; - injuries or losses to a playerʼs person or property arising or resulting from participation
in a Tournament; - any acts or omissions by Tournament Entities or their employees, whether negligent or
willful, in the conduct of the Tournament; - any equipment or software malfunction; or
- the inability to complete a game due to any technical malfunction.
ONE ESPORTS or Tournament Organizer, as the case may be, and at its sole discretion, may
require the replaying of any game, match, Tournament, or declare any of the foregoing null and
void by reason of any technical or other system error. If for any reason a Tournament or any
portion thereof is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other causes beyond the
control of ONE ESPORTS or Tournament Organizer, as the case may be, which corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Tournament or any
portion thereof, ONE ESPORTS or Tournament Organizer, as the case may be, reserves the right,
at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Tournament or any portion
thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that ONE ESPORTS or
Tournament Organizer, as the case may be, determines, at its sole discretion, that any individual
game, match, or Tournament, has been tampered with or that the validity of any game, match,
or Tournament has been compromised for any reason, it may eliminate that game or match, and
conduct the Tournament on the basis of the remaining game, match, or Tournament. In the event
that any individual is adversely affected in a game, match, or Tournament by any technical or
equipment malfunction, ONE ESPORTS or Tournament Organizer, as the case may be, reserves
the right to schedule a special game, match, or Tournament among any such competitors so
adversely affected. In the event of any cancellation, termination, modification or suspension of
the Tournament or any portion thereof, ONE ESPORTS will post a notice at
https://oneesports.com/events.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in or attend the Tournament, each player, and
each player’s parent or legal guardian if player is a Minor, warrants, represents, acknowledges
and agrees that player is at least 13 years old, understands the risks associated with the
Tournament, is physically fit and in good health, has no physical or mental issues that would
hinder participation in any activities of the Tournament and is sufficiently trained and
experienced to understand the risks involved in the Tournament. Player, and player’s parent or
legal guardian if player is a Minor, on behalf of player and each of player’s successors, heirs and
assigns, unconditionally and irrevocably waives liability, releases, promises never to sue, forever
discharges and relinquishes any and all rights, claims, demands, suits, actions, losses, damages,
costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, that player may incur or otherwise have
against ONE ESPORTS and Tournament Organizer and their respective subsidiaries, parents,
affiliates, hosts, sponsors, advertisers and each of their respective owners, officers, shareholders,
directors, employees and agents (“Released Parties”), arising from or related to player’s
participation in the Tournament, including, without limitation, any claims arising from or related
to: (i) actions or omissions of any of the Released Parties, other players, or other third parties; (ii)
inadequacy of any training or supervision; (iii) failure to investigate, keep safe or to warn of
hazards known or unknown; (iv) any defect in or failure of the operation, installation,
manufacture, and/or design of any equipment or stage sets; (v) conditions on or about any event
premises; (vi) breach of any implied or express warranty and/or representation of any Released
Party; (vii) travel, transportation or accommodations; (viii) weather conditions; (ix) any prize
award, including, without limitation, the receipt or use or misuse of any prize; (x) the exercise of
the rights granted herein including, without limitation, from any liability for violation of rights of
privacy, publicity, defamation, emotional distress or any similar right; and/or (xi) any other
operations associated with the Tournament, and, with respect to each of the foregoing, whether
based on tort (including, without limitation, acts of negligence and gross negligence), contract or
any other theory of recovery in law or equity, whether for compensatory or punitive damages,
equitable relief or otherwise, and whether now known or unknown or suspected or unsuspected.
BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN A TOURNAMENT, PLAYERS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND,
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS,
DAMAGES, EXPENSES, COSTS (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYSʼ FEES) AND LIABILITIES
(INCLUDING SETTLEMENTS) FOR ANY INJURIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL
INJURY OR DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH
THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE TOURNAMENT, ATTENDANCE AT ANY TOURNAMENT, OR ANY PRIZE,
OR ANY OTHER MATTER OR ACTIVITY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE TOURNAMENT,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIBEL, SLANDER, DISPARAGEMENT, DEFAMATION, COPYRIGHT
INFRINGEMENT, INVASION OF PRIVACY, PIRACY, PLAGIARISM, OR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY
PATENT, COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
OF ANY THIRD PARTY. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL CONTINUE BEYOND THE TERM OF THE
TOURNAMENT.
- Governing Law; Disputes
Disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Singapore, and any disputes will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered
by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration
Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force,
which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The language of
arbitration shall be English. All arbitration proceedings shall be kept confidential, provided that a
Party may disclose such proceedings to the extent required by applicable law. The seat of
arbitration shall be in Singapore. - No Disparagement or Misappropriation
At no time following registration shall a Player (i) make any statements, or take any other actions
whatsoever to disparage, defame, sully or compromise the goodwill, name, brand or reputation
of ONE ESPORTS, the EVENT or any of ONE ESPORTS’ sponsors, partners or affiliates (whether
through social network services, online forums, blogs, vlogs, word of mouth, or otherwise), or (ii)
commit any other action that could likely injure, hinder or interfere with ONE ESPORTS’ business,
operations, relationships, or goodwill. - Sponsor
The Tournament Organizer for the Tournament shall be the sponsor/administrator/organizer of
its respective Tournament for the purposes of fulfilling all such sponsor/administrator/organizer
obligations under any applicable contest law, including, but not limited to, disclosure obligations. - Reserved Rights
ONE ESPORTS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise, update, change, modify, add to,
supplement, or delete certain terms of the Official Rules for any reason. Such changes will be
effective with or without prior notice. The most current version of the Official Rules is posted at
